About AAS

Allen Apprenticeships and Skills Ltd (AAS Ltd) was formed in 2016, by the former senior civil servant Tony Allen. 

​

Tony's career began in the private sector with Whitbread PLC, before becoming a senior civil servant in 2002. During his time in the FE sector, Tony has managed college mergers, and demergers, government contracts held with the largest private training providers, as well as being responsible for employer-based training pilots and ESF funding.

AAS Ltd provides support to Training providers, Colleges and Employers in all aspects of their apprenticeship and skills programmes. From funding queries, to RoATP applications, from supporting bid applications, to undertaking compliance and quality reviews, we have the necessary knowledge and experience to provide support to any size business.
