Founder and CEO
The CEO of Allen Apprenticeships and Skills, is Tony Allen.
For fourteen years, Tony was employed in the government’s Skills Funding Agency (SFA) and has developed considerable knowledge and expertise in how apprenticeships can benefit employers.
In addition, Tony was at the forefront of the development of the apprenticeship Levy system, and has considerable expertise in how the apprenticeship funding system works, and how it impacts on businesses.
Tony has lead the SFA’s team in its relationship with large employers, and largest private training providers. He has managed large scale FE College mergers, and local area restructures.
Prior to joining the Agency, Tony was Chief Executive for the Hospitality Industry’s trade benevolent charity, Hospitality Action, and prior to that he spent twenty years with Whitbread PLC, in Operational and HR roles.
Evelyn Goodall joined Allen Apprenticeship and Skills in 2016 as an Associate.
Evelyn has over 16 years experience within the Apprenticeship and Skills sector
She worked at the Skills Funding Agency across a range of provider management roles including European Social Fund, and LCU and Provider Intervention.
Evelyn has a wealth of expertise across provider management functions
including contract and funding compliance and tender preparation and support.
